Our Cycle & Strength class is the BEST cardio workout in town! This indoor spin class will push you to your limit! Challenging sprints, hill climbs and drills. Weight work included in between each drill;building strength, endurance, and sculpting muscles. This class will boost metabolism and torch fat!

Each exercise will be effectively timed out at 20-30 seconds each exercise and a 10-15 second rest phase. Just enough time for you

This 45 minute class will give you what you're looking for out of your workout! With time dedicated to cardio moves and core strengthening, you’ll be sure to get a full body workout. Each exercise will be effectively timed out at 20-30 seconds each exercise and a 10-15 second rest phase. Just enough time for you to catch your breath and begin the next exercise!

You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. From beginners to advanced; You’ll get a great cardio workout that melts fat, strengthens your core, and improves flexibility! Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and meringue music feels more like a dance party than a workout.
(Kids ages 10+ are welcome with parent.)

This 45 minute class is non-stop fun!
Step It Up! is a classic low impact cardio workout using a bench step with easy to learn choreographed steps that are super fun! Step It Up! not only helps to tone your glutes and legs but will help you build your stamina and increase endurance. You'll have so much fun in this class, you'll forget you're working out!
Saturdays: 8:00am-9:00am
This class is 45 minutes of pure bliss! Myofacial Energy Lengthening Technique is designed to help lengthen tight muscles which eases pain; focusing on hydrating connective tissue also known as fascia.
This class utilizes soft small balls for hands and feet and foam roller. You'll feel relaxed as you melt down after a long week.
