Power Circuit Class

 Mondays

What is a Power Circuit class? It's a group fitness class that combines 

strength training, cardio, and core work in a steady paced circuit. It's designed to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and burn serious calories in a short amount of time. This is a 45 minute class. Circuit-style format: You'll move from one exercise station to the next, with minimal rest in between. Variety of exercises: Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, free weights, and resistance bands. Focus on full-body strength: Exercises target all major muscle groups, including legs, arms, back, chest, and core. Motivational music and atmosphere: The upbeat music and group energy help you push through the tough moments. Benefits of Power Circuit classes: Burns calories and fat: It's an excellent way to torch calories and boost your metabolism. Builds muscle: It helps you develop lean muscle mass. Tae Kwon Do

Junior Master Tony Billau, is a fourth degree black belt in traditional Tae Kwon Do. He was trained under Grand Master Chae Sun Yi  and Master Jeb Benfer for twenty years. During that time, Tony also taught at Sun Yi's Academy of Traditional Tae Kwon Do in Topeka, Kansas under Grand Master. Tony also attended many instructors classes for self defense. This class will consist of basic punches, blocks and kicks, forms (each colored belt has a form), one step sparring for self defense and regular sparring. Students have the opportunity for promotional testing to achieve new belt levels. $17.00 drop in

Twinkle Toes Ballet for Kids

Mondays: 5:00PM-6:00PM

 This class is for the dancer advancing into the next level of ballet. This class is designed to help dancers refine their skills as a ballet dancer. We will be perfecting turnout, articulation of their feet, learning different types of turns and expressive movement. In this class we will make adjustments to posture, and balance work. We will also work on leg and ankle strength, preparing them for pointe shoes. Ages 8 - 13 $17.00 drop in

Kids Tap Dance class

Twinkle Toes Tap for Kids

Wednesdays: 5:00PM - 6:00PM

If you've got a kid that can't stop tapping their toes to the beat, then we've got a class where they can dance their socks off!  

Our  instructor Sedona will be teaching this super fun class.  

Cost of this class is $50 per month or $17.00 drop in. 

Dancers must be 4-10 years old. Twinkle Toes kids will work on the basics of tap in fun ways.  Tap dancing involves rhythmically striking the floor with your feet to produce different beats with the help of tap shoes. These shoes are equipped with small lightweight metallic plates on the heels and toes of the shoe to produce the "tap" sound. This age appropriate class will be perfect for children 4 years old and up who are just starting tap!  Parents: You will need to purchase tap shoes for your dancer before coming to class.
