Senior Fitness Classes at Camp Verde Dance & Fitness

We love our seniors! Staying fit is for all ages, and our senior fitness class is designed for everyone! Those who need a little extra support in their fitness journey, with the use of chairs and props, will really enjoy this class. If you are deconditioned or just starting out, check out our Silver Sneakers Strength & Balance classes or our Silver Sneakers Circuit class. Additionally, we offer a special senior discount for those who are not Silver Sneakers members, so don’t hesitate to ask about our senior stretch options!
