We love our seniors! Staying fit is for all ages, and our senior fitness class is for all ages as well! Anyone who needs a little extra support in their fitness journey with the use of chairs and props will love this class. If you are de conditioned or just starting out check out our Silver Sneakers Strength & Balance or Silver Sneakers "Circuit"class. We DO however have a special senior discount if you are not a Silver Sneakers member, so don't be afraid to ask!
